Rockit (USB Rechargeable)

My bracket won’t rotate

It’s easy to rotate once fitted: grab the Rockit and gently turn it upward. It won’t rotate well if not fitted first.

How does the Rockit (rechargeable version) fit to a pram or pushchair?

Push the strap through the buckle a short way, keep turning the wheel clockwise to tighten the bracket onto the stroller. Recommend leaving the bracket in place and just removing the Rockit as needed.

Why won’t my Rockit charge up?

Check the USB socket for damage, use the cable provided, avoid a fast-charger or incompatible cable, ensure the plug output is 5V. Contact support if still a problem.

My Rockit does not always start

Check it is adequately charged (green light shows), make sure it is rotated so it points directly up with the button on top (vertical is better). If still not working, contact support.

How do I adjust the speed?

There is a speed dial at the base; turn clockwise to increase, anti-clockwise to reduce. Slowly adjust until you find the “sweet spot” for rocking. Mounting high also helps.

Broken bracket

Brackets can break or weaken with use especially if knocked. Mounting on the inside of the stroller’s tube or top handle is recommended. To request a replacement bracket, contact support with a photo.

Does Rockit work with all makes of prams and pushchairs?

They designed a universal bracket to fit tubes of various shapes/sizes. They can’t guarantee 100% compatibility because new models appear, but believe it should fit somewhere on most pushchairs.

What age child can I use Rockit with?

Suitable from birth up to around 3 years old. They mention their own children still slept in the pushchair up to age 3.

Is the rocking motion safe?

Yes — based on normal hand rocking; scientific tests show the vibration level mimics hand rocking and is gentler than a stroller over paving stones.

Can I use Rockit on a cot or crib?

No — it was designed/tested for pushchairs and prams only. Safety testing found risk if mounted on a bar inside a cot. Therefore they do not recommend use on cots, cribs or Moses baskets.

Can I use Rockit on a car seat?

Not recommended when used in a car seat in a car. It may be used on a car seat when fitted to a stroller frame, but they recommend following safe sleep guidance.

Why is there a 60-minute timer on the Rockit?

It is not designed to keep a child asleep for extended periods; it’s meant to help a baby drift off or maintain sleep when the pram stops. Babies often sleep in ~40-minute cycles, so 60 minutes covers one full cycle after which they may be in deeper sleep.

Can the Rockit be used in the rain?

It is showerproof (tested to IPX2 standard) but avoid prolonged/heavy rain. Ensure the USB port rubber cover is secured.

How long does it take to charge the Rockit?

Takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge. You can achieve about 3 hours use on medium speed with just 1 hour charge.

How long does a full charge last?

Varies depending on stroller type, baby weight, ambient temperature. At low-to-medium speed expect around 8-12 hours at room temperature.

How can I increase the running time between charges?

Mount high on the stroller frame, ensure the Rockit points directly up, adjust speed to a slower setting (which may still provide a good rock).

Can I buy additional brackets to fit the Rockit to other pushchairs or prams?

Yes — available for purchase on their website.

Does it work on twin / double prams or strollers?

Yes — they have had good feedback for twins. If mounted vertically and as high as possible it has enough leverage to rock even a double stroller.

How do I set the perfect rocking speed?

  1. Mount as high on the handle as possible with Rockit vertical and button on top.
  2. Turn on.
  3. Slowly change speed until you notice the most rocking (may not be the fastest speed).
  4. Or just set to the speed your baby likes most!

Zed

What age range is Zed suitable for?

Suitable from birth upwards. It has been safety tested to 0-36 month toy safety standards. Also calming for older children and adults too.

Does Zed work on any type of mattress?

Yes — works with sprung, memory foam and natural fibre mattresses. But memory foam may minimise vibration transfer so you may need to place it nearer your child and/or use slower speeds.

The light is working but the vibrations are not working any more.

The light uses minimal power; motors require more. If batteries are low the motors stop first while light stays on. Try new/better batteries or rechargeables. If still not, contact support.

What is the best position for Zed?

Place at the foot end of the mattress. Doesn’t need to be close to child since vibrations travel through mattress. May also place down the side but battery life may be reduced if not horizontal.

Why are there 6 different vibration modes?

Modes 1-3: static speeds (slow to faster) — slower frequencies travel further through mattress. Modes 4-6: variable speeds replicating car engine acceleration/deceleration/tyre rumble.

Can I set the night light to stay on all night?

Yes — first 3 presses change light levels and light remains on for 1 hour. The 4th press (2 flashes) sets low light mode which stays on for 12 hours. After light goes off, a single press recalls the most recently used mode. Note: vibrations cannot run all night.

Can I clean Zed?

Yes — wipe with damp cloth; do not submerge in water.

Does Zed switch off automatically?

Yes — the vibrations fade-out after one hour (to help past the ~45-minute sleep cycle into deeper sleep). The night light switches off after 1 hour (or 12 hours if in all-night mode).

What is the battery life for Zed?

Yes — based on normal hand rocking; scientific tests show the vibration level mimics hand rocking and is gentler than a stroller over paving stones.

Wooshh

What age range is Wooshh suitable for?

Suitable from birth upwards, but should always be placed well out of reach of the baby/child. Also designed to be pleasant for adults too (sounds like purring cat, ambient music, water, rain) and high sound chip quality.

How do I select one of the 8 sounds?

Short presses of the button scroll through sounds until you find one you want.

How do I change the volume level?

Wooshh has four volume levels; hold the button down (long press) to scroll through them. Release when the level you want is reached. After charging it will reset to lowest level. Use lowest volume when possible to conserve battery.

How do I turn Wooshh off?

A quick double-press will turn it off. A single press when on the final sound (ambient music) will also turn it off.

Can I set Wooshh to stay on all night?

Yes. Make sure it’s off, then double-press to turn on and it will remain on for 10 hours (all-night mode indicated by a beep). Use lowest volume to reduce noise/battery drain. Note: cat purring sound may not last full 10 hours (low frequencies drain battery faster). Other sounds should last full 10 hours on all-night mode.

How long is the Wooshh battery life?

Battery life depends on sound used and volume. Example: water-trickling sound on lowest level lasts up to ~40 hours; cat purring sound (low frequency) lasts ~8-12 hours on lowest volume. All sounds except cat purring should last >10 hours in all-night mode. Recharge takes about 90 minutes from empty to full. Remove from charge when green light shows to maintain battery life.

Does Wooshh work while charging?

No — the unit must be off the charger to function (for safety and to prolong battery life).

Can I clean Wooshh?

Yes — wipe with a damp cloth; do not submerge in water.

Can I attach Wooshh to my baby’s cot/crib or to their clothing or bedding?

No — the product contains small parts and must always be placed out of reach of the child. Never place the product in or attach to a cot, crib or bed.
